Canadian REVA's, Inc. is committed to improving the productivity of our clients through high quality, proactive services and ongoing support. Our goal is to assist our clients in reaching their full business potential through committed, long-term relationships. Continual education of our Real Estate VA Associates is another of our high-level priorities. We strive to ensure our REVA Associates' skills are kept up-to-date with the barrage of new programs and systems being introduced to the real estate market on an ongoing basis.

President and CEO


Pam Ivey leads the team of CanadianREVAs, Inc., with over 20 years experience in administration, marketing and promotions, public relations, research, graphic design, and web design. An industry leader, Pam is also the owner of The Canadian Virtual Assistant Network (CVAN) and co-founder of The International Real Estate Assistants Association (IREAA). She holds several designations including Certified in Small Business Management, Certified Real Estate Assistant, Certified Real Estate Support Specialist and Certified Marketing Professional.

A virtual professional for the last seven years, Pam quickly became a leader in her field and filled her practice with top producing real estate professionals. In 2005, she was invited to work with Michael Russer (a.k.a. Mr. Internet) at his boot camp in Chicago, where she assisted participants with the exercises assigned and consulted with them on working with a virtual assistant. She has been featured in several publications including Michael Russer’s ePower! News, The Hamilton Spectator, and Pennsylvania Real Estate Magazine.

Anna Baron serves as Director of Marketing for Canadian REVAs, Inc. Anna is a talented web site designer, search engine optimization specialist, and a leader in the field of Internet marketing.

Before starting her business, Anna Baron worked for over 10 years supporting executive level professionals, partners and board members with a heavy concentration in sales, marketing and office management.

Anna has been featured in Florida REALTOR® magazine and most recently named in the Florida REALTOR® 2007 Solutions Guide. She has appeared in the Texas REALTOR® magazine, been interviewed by Michael Russer, (a.k.a. Mr. Internet) and is featured in the “Entrepreneurial Parent” by Jeff and Sarah Edwards.

Systems Director

Kristi Pavlik serves as the System Director for Canadian REVAs, Inc.  She has an extensive administrative management background working within the industries of manufacturing, construction, real estate and business coaching. 

Kristi has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Organization Development and is certified with both the AssistU and IREAA programs.  Her strong systemized approach to tasks is Kristi’s strength and an integral part to the Canadian REVAs standards.

VA Associate Team Manager/Client Care Manager

Kelly Brown brings to Canadian REVAs, Inc. a strong background in administrative system processes and a keen awareness of developed client care.  “Somewhere along the line it became acceptable for client care to become secondary to being right.”  Kelly’s systemized approach and heightened sense of “quality, professional service” is the perfect fit for her position with Canadian REVAs.  **-**

Kelly holds a diploma in Legal Assistance – she also brings a wide range of experience in the legal, health, administrative and real estate fields.

Kelly’s organization skills have been featured on Rogers Daytime, First Local News, Simcoe Living and City TV’s Breakfast Television. Her writing has been published in Collingwood Life and Style At Home magazine.
