CanadianREVAs, Inc. recognizes that customers today expect “instant gratification” and therefore demand quick resolutions to their problems.

Each client is provided with a Client Manager who is responsible for accepting and assigning tasks to the appropriate REVA. Upon assignment and acceptance by the REVA, the Client Manager is responsible for responding with an estimate delivery time of said project.

Clients who choose to become retainer clients are provided with a team who gets to know the clients habits, preferences and methods of working. Each agent operates under a different set of hours, preferences and expectations and we strive to understand each of our agent’s needs and desires.
Clients who choose to work with CanadianREVAs on a project basis are treated equally to our retainer clients but may encounter different Managers and REVAs working on their accounts each time. Therefore in instances such as desktop publishing, clients may see different design concepts from one designer to the next.

Our Client Managers are available from 8am EST - 8pm EST. Phone contact is limited with the amount of clients that we have to manage, e-mail support is the best method for contacting us. Projects are handled in the order in which they are received.

A toll-free number has been established to answer questions and provide support to our clients. We have also instituted an online customer service program which will include a live chat feature, as well as contact forms with support ticket tracking capability.
